Entity, Inc.’s company principal Todd Waller began his career in homebuilding by working with a family-owned residential construction company focused on building homes in Governors Club in Chapel Hill, NC.  Todd had relocated to the Chapel Hill area from Beaumont, TX in 1994 after graduating from college with an honors degree in Civil Engineering. His skill for homebuilding was taking shape in Chapel Hill where Todd learned all phases of construction from jobsite cleanup to successfully managing a general contracting and remodeling business.  His wealth of experience in both hands-on building and construction management along with his attention to details to ensure a job well done are key factors to Todd’s success in this business!  To date he has built well over one hundred homes in his twelve year career ranging from 2,500 sq. ft. to over 12,000 sq. ft.!
